Trust Yourself Again
For the people who did the healing work, and are still waiting to feel like themselves again.
Live Online • 2 Hours • Replay Included
"A live session built from the work I had to do myself, to rebuild trust I lost so slowly I didn't notice it was gone."
Diva Diaz
This is not a pep talk about confidence. It is the framework for closing the gap between how put together you look and how unsteady you still feel underneath it.
Trust does not disappear all at once.
It gets handed away in small, reasonable seeming moments. A decision you override because someone else sounded more certain. A gut feeling you talk yourself out of because it was inconvenient. A boundary you did not set because keeping the peace felt safer that day.
None of it looks dramatic while it is happening. It just accumulates, like a bank account you stop checking, until one day you notice the balance is gone.
From the outside, you probably still look like you are managing. Delivering. Holding it together for everyone else. People might describe you as capable, together, strong.
From the inside, it can feel like a low hum of doubt that never switches off. Second guessing decisions you would have made instantly a few years ago. A creeping sense that you know what you should want more clearly than what you actually want. A nervous system that stays a little braced, even when nothing in the room is actually wrong.
That gap, between how put together you look and how unmoored you actually feel, is where most high functioning women get stuck. You do not look like someone in crisis, so nobody, including you, treats it like one.
This is not about becoming certain of everything. It is about closing the gap between how you look on the outside and how you feel on the inside. That is the actual work.
Perhaps this feels familiar
You make a decision, then immediately start questioning it.
You ask several people what they would do, even though their advice often leaves you more confused.
You worry that saying no will disappoint someone, create conflict or make you seem difficult.
You keep looking for one more piece of information before you act.
You replay conversations and wonder whether you misunderstood what happened.
You sense that something is not right, but talk yourself out of what you noticed.
You stay in situations longer than you want to because leaving feels like admitting you made the wrong choice.
None of this means you are weak, indecisive or incapable.
In fact, it often happens to intelligent, thoughtful people precisely because they can see so many possibilities. They are good at considering other people. They understand that decisions have consequences. They want to get things right.
The difficulty begins when careful thought turns into constantly arguing with yourself.
It is exhausting to keep putting yourself on trial
When you do not trust your own judgement, even relatively ordinary decisions can begin to feel heavy.
You do not just decide whether to speak up, leave, stay, begin, stop or change direction.
You build a case for and against yourself. You search for evidence. You imagine how everyone else might react. You prepare explanations for a decision you have not even made yet.
And after all of that, you may still feel no closer to knowing what to do.
Over time, this affects far more than the decision in front of you.
It can affect your work, your relationships, your confidence, your boundaries and your willingness to act on opportunities.
It can leave you feeling as though life is something you are managing rather than something you are actively choosing.
The goal is not to become certain about everything
That would be unrealistic.
There will always be decisions where you cannot know exactly how things will turn out.
There will always be moments when fear is present, when other people disagree or when two choices both carry some risk.
Self-trust is not the belief that you will always make the perfect decision.
It is knowing that you can make a considered decision, respond to what happens next and change course if you need to.
It is being able to say, “This is what I know. This is what matters to me. This is the choice I am making.”
And then allowing yourself to move forward.
Introducing Trust Yourself Again
Recognise
Trust Yourself Again is a practical two hour live coaching seminar for anyone who is tired of overthinking, second guessing themselves or relying on everyone else to confirm what they already know.
Rebuild
This is not therapy, and it is not a seminar about forcing yourself to feel confident. It is about regaining what you once lost, and building it even stronger than before.
Clarity
It is a calm, practical space to look at how self trust is lost, what keeps you stuck in doubt and how to begin making decisions in a way that feels clearer and more grounded.
Fear
We will not be trying to remove every fear or eliminate uncertainty from your life. That is not realistic, and any programme that promises it is lying to you. We show you how to trust yourself even in the face of fear and uncertainty.
Authority
We will be looking at how to stop giving fear, pressure and other people’s opinions more authority than your own judgement.
Future
We will look at what patterns or self beliefs contributed to you losing self trust, so you can spot the red flags in future and never have to be in this situation again.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- You have done the healing work, the therapy, the journalling, the deep dives, and you are still waiting to feel like yourself again
- You look completely fine from the outside while something inside you still feels unsteady
- You have rebuilt before, more than once, and you are tired of starting from zero
- You know exactly what rock bottom felt like, and you are still choosing, one imperfect step at a time, to come back from it
- You are facing a real decision right now, in work, in a relationship or in your business, and want a clearer way through it
- You are tired of needing reassurance before you let yourself move
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You want someone else to make the decision for you. This will not do that. It gives you what you need to make it yourself
- You are currently in crisis or need clinical support right now. Please speak to a therapist, your GP or a crisis line first, this session is not equipped for that and never claims to be
- You are looking for a way to remove risk and uncertainty completely. No honest session can promise you that
- You are not willing to sit with an uncomfortable pattern for two hours, even to change it
Agenda
The Live Seminar: Trust Yourself Again
Built directly from the talk I gave in Kensington earlier this year, expanded into something you can actually work through and apply live, not just listen to. Two hours with me, on why trust erodes the way it does, why willpower was never going to fix it, and how to close the gap between how you look and how you feel.
We will cover:
- Why trust erodes gradually, in withdrawals too small to notice at the time
- The gap between how you look on the outside and how you feel on the inside, and why closing it is the actual work
- What rebuilding self trust looks like in practice, in your body, your decisions and your day to day life, not just in theory
- Where to start when you do not know where you lost yourself in the first place
- How to separate your judgement from fear, pressure, guilt and the pull to keep everyone else comfortable
- How rebuilding happens through small, repeatable choices, not one dramatic leap
The Decision Framework Worksheets
A straightforward process you can return to whenever you feel stuck. It slows the noise down, separates what is actually influencing you from what you think should be influencing you, and gets you to a next step you can stand behind. You will use it live, on a real decision, and keep it for every decision after this one.
Live Q&A
Ask what is actually on your mind. You do not have to share anything personal with the group. You can take part privately, apply everything to your own situation in your head, and use the exercises in whatever way works for you.
The Replay
Full access to revisit the session and work back through the exercises again, in your own time, against your own decision. Included whether you can make the live date or not.

Testimonials
“I’d been offered a promotion I didn’t actually want, but I couldn’t work out if that was fear talking or genuine instinct. One hour with Diva and I turned it down. Six months on, it’s still the clearest decision I’ve made in years.”
Sarah M., Marketing Director
“I’d rewritten the same difficult text to my mother about nine times before this session. Diva didn’t tell me what to say. She showed me why I hadn’t been able trust my own read on the situation in the first place. I sent it that week.”
Claire T., Business Owner
“I’ve done years of therapy and I still walked in expecting another round of feelings talk. This was completely different, practical, almost blunt in the best way. I ended a business partnership the following month, something I’d been talking myself out of for a year.”
Priya K., Founder
Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Show up and do the work. If you attend live or work through the replay and worksheets and it genuinely gave you no more clarity than you had walking in, email within 7 days of the live session and you will receive a full refund. The only ask is that you actually use it and tell us what did not land.
Is this based on your own experience?
Yes. I spent years running a life that looked successful from the outside while losing trust in myself on the inside, until it eventually caught up with me and I was diagnosed with CPTSD. Everything in this session comes from the work of rebuilding after that, not from theory.
Is this therapy?
No. Trust Yourself Again is a coaching and personal development session. It is educational and practical, and it is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.
Will I have to speak or share anything personal?
No. You are welcome to take part privately. There will be opportunities to reflect and ask questions, but you will never be required to share anything personal.
Can I attend if I am not facing a major decision right now
Yes, it is just as useful for a general pattern of overthinking or self doubt.
Is this suitable for work and business decisions, not just personal ones?
Yes, the framework applies across work, business, relationships and everyday life.
Will there be a replay?
Yes. A replay is included, so you can revisit the session and work through the exercises again in your own time.
Event Starts In
Trust Yourself Again is live on 29 Sep, capped at 20 seats so I can actually work with the room. Reserve yours before it fills.
Event Speaker
Three years ago, I could tell you exactly what my calendar looked like, what my clients needed, what my team was doing, what everyone around me expected of me. I could not tell you what I wanted. I had lost that thread so slowly I did not notice it was gone, until I was standing in a life that looked successful from the outside and felt like almost nothing on the inside.
It eventually showed up in my body. Illnesses with no clear cause. Exhaustion sleep did not touch. And then, after enough of it, a diagnosis I never expected to be reading about myself: CPTSD.
The last few years have been the unglamorous work of rebuilding, not just resting, actually rebuilding. My nervous system. My sense of who I am underneath the roles I play. My business. My life. All of it, from somewhere more honest than the version I was running on before.
Before that, my corporate career took me across ten countries and four continents in global economic media and business intelligence, into rooms with heads of state, government ministers and the CEOs of some of the world’s largest companies. It later led me into personal development, coaching tens of thousands of people and speaking on stages in over 15 countries. But the biggest wake up call of my life did not happen on any of those stages. It happened when I finally stopped and looked at what all of it had cost me.
I am not teaching this from a stage persona. I am teaching it from having lived every part of it.
