Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Diva Diaz website, you agree to the terms as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site

1. About these terms

This website, and all products, programmes and events offered through it, are operated by Diva Diaz’s company. In these terms, “the Company” refers to Diva Diaz’s company, and “Diva Diaz” refers to Diva Diaz personally as its founder. “You” means any person using this website or purchasing from it.

The Company can be contacted here.

2. Using this website
  1. You may use this website for your own personal, non commercial purposes.
  2. You must not misuse it. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or harmful code, scraping content, or using the website in any unlawful way.
  3. The Company works to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. The Company may change, suspend or remove any content at any time.
  4. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. The Company has no control over those websites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
  5. Articles, videos and free resources on this website are general information only and do not constitute personal advice for your specific situation.
3. Making a purchase
  1. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when the Company confirms your order by email.
  2. The Company may decline any order at its discretion, including where a product is no longer available, a price has been listed in error, or the Company reasonably believes the offer is not suitable for you. If an order is declined after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
  3. You must be 18 or over to purchase from this website.
  4. Where a specific offer is sold with its own agreement or terms, such as a private coaching or consulting agreement, those terms apply alongside these and take priority if the two conflict.
4. Prices and payment
  1. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes.
  2. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. The Company does not see or store your full card details.
  3. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payment plans are not available.
  4. The Company may change its prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Digital products
  1. Digital products include downloads, workbooks, recordings, online courses and similar content.
  2. Access is usually provided immediately after payment, by email or through a members area. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact the Company.
  3. Your purchase gives you a personal, non transferable licence to use the product for your own development. You may not share logins, resell, copy, distribute or publish any part of it. See section 13.
6. Coaching, consulting and programmes
  1. Booking and rescheduling. Sessions are booked through the Company’s scheduling link. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice are treated as used.
  2. Lateness. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
  3. Timeframes. Programmes and session packages must be used within the period stated on the sales page. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period.
  4. Recording. You may not record, screenshot, film or share any session, group call, programme or event, in whole or in part. The Company may record group sessions, programmes and events and use those recordings at its discretion. Private one to one sessions are only recorded with your permission.
  5. Rescheduling by the Company. If illness or circumstances beyond the Company’s control make it necessary to move a session, you will be offered a new time as soon as possible.
7. Live and online events
  1. Tickets. Your ticket admits the named attendee only. Details of what is included, such as meals, materials or accommodation, are set out on the event page.
  2. Transfers. You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing the Company at least 7 Days before the event with their full name and email address.
  3. Online event access. Joining links for online events are for the named attendee only and must not be shared.
  4. Changes to the event. The Company may change the venue, platform, schedule or speakers. If a change is significant, you will be informed as soon as possible.
  5. Postponement or cancellation by the Company. If the Company cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a full refund if you cannot attend. The Company is not responsible for travel, accommodation or any other costs you have arranged, so travel insurance is recommended.
  6. Recording and photography. Attendees may not record, film, photograph or share any part of an event. The Company may photograph, film and record events and use that material for any purpose, including promotion. By attending, you agree that you may appear in it.
  7. Health and safety. Please follow venue rules and any instructions given by the event team. Let the Company know in advance about any access needs or dietary requirements so they can be accommodated where possible.
  8. Behaviour. The Company may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive or unsafe, without a refund.

10. The nature of this work

The Company provides business strategy, consulting, coaching and education on personal clarity, identity and the dynamics of manipulation and high control environments. This work is designed to educate, challenge and support you, and it is important that you understand what it is and what it is not.

  1. Coaching, consulting and education are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care or medical treatment. They do not diagnose or treat any condition and are not a substitute for professional clinical support.
  2. Nothing the Company provides is legal, financial, tax or medical advice. You should take independent professional advice before making decisions in those areas.
  3. If you are currently receiving treatment for a mental health condition, you are encouraged to speak with your practitioner before starting any programme.
  4. Some material may bring up difficult experiences. You are always free to pause, step back or not take part in any exercise. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and for the decisions you make.
  5. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe at any time, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis support line in your country straight away.
11. Results and testimonials
  1. Your results depend on many factors outside the Company’s control, including your circumstances, commitment and how you apply what you learn. The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome, income, business growth or personal change.
  2. Testimonials and case studies on this website reflect the real experiences of individual clients. They are not a promise that you will achieve the same results.
12. Conduct and confidentiality
  1. In group programmes, communities and events, people share personal and business information. You agree to keep what other participants share confidential and not to record, screenshot or repeat it outside the group.
  2. All participants are expected to treat others with respect. The Company may remove anyone who harasses others, promotes their own services without permission, or behaves in a way that makes the space unsafe, without a refund.
  3. The Company keeps information shared in private sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
13. Intellectual property
  1. All content on this website and in the Company’s products, programmes and events, including text, frameworks, workbooks, videos, audio, images and branding, belongs to the Company or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  2. You may use this content for your own personal development only. You may not copy, adapt, teach, resell, publish or use it to create competing products or programmes without the Company’s written permission.
  3. You may share short quotes on social media, provided they are credited to Diva Diaz and link to this website.
14. Liability
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, Diva Diaz and anyone acting on their behalf are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind arising from your use of this website or any product, programme, service or event, whether direct or indirect.
  2. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill, and any loss arising from decisions you make based on content provided by the Company.
  3. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company’s total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
  4. The Company is not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather, travel disruption, venue closure or the failure of third party platforms.
15. Privacy

How the Company collects, uses and protects your personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

16. General
  1. Changes to these terms. The Company may update these terms at any time. The most recent version published on this website applies to your order.

  3. Severability. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
  4. No waiver. If the Company does not enforce a term immediately, it may still enforce it later.
  5. Third parties. These terms are between you and the Company. No one else has any right to enforce them.
