Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime by logging in to your account. Depending on where in the billing you cycle you are when you cancel, will determine if you are charged for the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions that have been completed. If you are on a membership series you can opt out at anytime. And you can be refunded for the portion of the membership that you have not attended. If you have received some of the membership then you will only pay for the calls you have received.
Yes, you can cancel your class up to 2hrs prior to the start!

Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable. Please contact your bank directly.
If an event is cancelled for any reason – if you have purchased your own accommodation and travel the cost for these will not refundable by Diva Diaz or her companies.
