Growth & Operations Consultancy

Strategy, leadership and implementation for founder led businesses.

We lead the work, not just the thinking

We work alongside your business to identify what matters most, lead the work required and take responsibility for moving it through to completion. That includes determining what the business actually needs before deciding what should happen first.

Clients do not need to arrive with a fully formed brief.

Start with a free 30 minute Growth and Operations Review. No obligation, and you’ll leave with a clear next step either way.

When the business has outgrown the way it currently runs

Growth exposes gaps that were manageable when the business was smaller. The founder is still coordinating too much. Teams and suppliers are active, but the priorities that matter most are not moving. Commercial strategy, customer experience, technology and operations are developing in separate directions, with no one looking across all of them.

You may not be certain where to start. Or you may know exactly what needs doing, but have no one with the time, authority or breadth of experience to lead it properly.

This consultancy closes that gap.

What we work across

Depending on the agreed scope, we work with businesses on commercial and growth strategy, customer acquisition and experience, CRM and digital systems, products and revenue structure, operational processes and supplier coordination, and international expansion or complex programme delivery.

The priorities shift as the business develops. The relationship stays consistent.

From conversation to engagement

Every relationship starts the same way, a free 30 minute Growth and Operations Review. We look at where decisions are getting stuck, what it’s costing you, and what I would fix first. There’s no obligation to take it further.

Where there’s a clear fit, that usually leads to an ongoing engagement, typically an initial six month term. What follows is set out below.

How We Work

Every engagement begins by understanding the business properly: its commercial model, performance, people, systems and current commitments. We agree the priorities that deserve attention first, then move them forward through a continuous cycle of review, decision and delivery.

We do it

Our team carries out the agreed work directly, using the specialist capability included in your engagement.

We lead it

Your people or existing contractors deliver under our direction, with clear briefs, project leadership and accountability throughout.

We orchestrate it

Where external expertise is needed, we identify and manage the right specialists while keeping clear oversight of the wider outcome.

Every initiative has a clear owner, a defined outcome and an agreed measure of success. You will have a live view of current priorities, work in progress and what has changed. You are not left with a report and another list to manage.

Who this is for

The consultancy suits founder led businesses with established demand that need clearer commercial direction, stronger operational leadership or the capacity to implement work that has been stalling. That may mean a small team that needs direction, an established business whose growth has outpaced its systems, or an international organisation coordinating several markets, teams and suppliers.

It is less suited to businesses still testing whether there is demand for their first offer, or those looking for a single project rather than an ongoing relationship.

Experience across every function of a business

Diva Diaz brings more than 17 years of independent consulting experience spanning international operations, commercial development, digital platforms, customer experience, revenue generating products and services, programme delivery, and team and supplier leadership across markets.

Business problems rarely stay inside one department. A commercial decision may expose a systems gap. A customer experience issue may begin in operations. The value of this consultancy lies in seeing those connections and leading the right response across all of them.

One engagement, tailored to the business

The scope of each engagement reflects the size and complexity of the organisation, the level of senior involvement required and what implementation the agreed priorities need. A smaller business may draw primarily on our strategic leadership while its own team carries out much of the work. A larger organisation may need direct implementation capacity, dedicated project management and coordination across markets, teams and suppliers.

Engagements begin with an initial six month term, billed monthly. The fee is agreed after a first conversation and stays consistent across that term unless the scope changes. Diagnosis and onboarding are part of the monthly fee, with no separate setup charge.

The proposal sets out responsibilities, delivery capacity, scope and any costs outside the monthly fee.

Questions clients tend to ask

How is this different from a conventional consultancy?

A conventional consultancy may analyse the business and make recommendations. We remain involved in agreeing priorities, leading implementation and taking responsibility for outcomes.

How is this different from working with an agency?

An agency works from a brief. We begin with the business objective and determine what should be commissioned before time and money are committed to execution.

Do you guarantee revenue growth?

No responsible adviser can guarantee revenue. We agree practical measures of success, report progress clearly and take ownership of the decisions and delivery within our control.

What is included in the monthly fee?

The proposal defines senior involvement, implementation capacity and agreed responsibilities. Software, advertising, travel and external supplier costs are separate unless the proposal states otherwise.

Why a six month initial term?

Meaningful change takes more than a few meetings. Six months allows time to understand the business, move priority work forward and make informed decisions about what comes next.

Kind Words From Clients

Let us look at what your business needs next

The initial conversation is an opportunity to discuss where the business is, what is currently preventing progress and whether this consultancy is the right approach. If there is a genuine fit, we will recommend the appropriate level of involvement and send a clear proposal. If it is not the right fit, we will say so.
